Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy POS Operations Executive to manage and maintain our back-end POS (Point of Sale) system. This role is responsible for handling system configurations, updating pricing and promotions, managing product data, and ensuring the POS system operates smoothly across all outlets.


The ideal candidate should understand how POS systems work operationally and technically, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the back-end POS system
* Create, update, and monitor promotions, discounts, and pricing configurations
* Upload and maintain product information, categories, and modifiers
* Ensure pricing accuracy across all outlets and sales channels
* Coordinate with operations and management teams for system updates and promotional setups
* Troubleshoot basic POS-related issues and liaise with vendors/support teams when necessary
* Generate and prepare sales or system reports when required
* Ensure proper system data integrity and accuracy
* Support outlet teams with POS-related queries and training when needed
* Perform regular system checks and updates

Requirements

* Familiarity with back-end POS operations and configurations
* Knowledge of promotions, pricing structures, and inventory/menu setup
* Good computer literacy and proficiency in Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience with systems such as E-point, Shopify POS, or similar platforms is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Retail Management, or related fields
* Previous experience in retail or F&B operations support
* Basic understanding of system troubleshooting and reporting
