Forward Minder Organization is an insurance agency representing Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Private Limited.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, transportation, signage, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services
• Select and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to provide necessary services for events
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
• Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to optimise spending and achieve cost savings where possible
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks during event planning and execution
• Ensure events comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and safety standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
