Position : IT Technical Support & Pre Sales

Job Summary :
The IT Technical Support & Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to clients and internal users while assisting the sales team in presenting, demonstrating, and proposing data processing and AI-based solutions. This role serves as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring customers receive appropriate solutions that meet their operational and technological requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide first and second-level technical support for software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems reported by customers and internal users.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of deployed solutions.
- Assist customers with system installation, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting records.
- Escalate complex issues to the development or engineering team when necessary.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and project scope documentation.
- Explain technical features, benefits, and implementation approaches to prospective clients.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFQs (Request for Quotation), and tenders.
- Support solution architecture discussions related to data processing and AI-based systems.
Client & Project Support
- Act as a technical liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal technical teams.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Support project implementation and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product & Solution Knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's data processing and AI solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud services, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback from customers to support product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consultant, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting software applications, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.
- Understanding of data processing, AI solutions, machine learning concepts, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting customer presentations.
