• Assist in sourcing and identifying new business opportunities and tenders.
• Prepare and submit tender documents according to company requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for quotation, documentation, and project information
• Follow up on tender status and client inquiries.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Attend meetings, client visits, and site visits when required.
• Monitor ongoing and completed projects that are still under warranty period.
• Coordinate with clients regarding defect complaints, rectification works, and warranty matters.
• Assist in handling project-related documentation and reporting.
• Support management in business development activities and marketing efforts.
• Prepare weekly updates and reports on tender activities and client follow-ups.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
