Full Time Production Operator Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Nuol Services - Ricebowl

We are looking for disciplined and reliable Machine Operators to join our electronic hardware manufacturing team in Meru, Klang. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining high product quality, and ensuring strict adherence to factory safety regulations in a leading electronics manufacturing facility

Job Description:

• Efficiently operate production machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing of electronic hardware.
• Monitor and inspect components during the production process to ensure they meet the company's strict quality and precision standards.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and factory safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the assigned work area (5S practice).
• Perform rotating 12-hour shifts and support overtime (OT) requirements as scheduled by management.

Requirements:

• No certificate/prior qualification required (Open to SPM/PT3/school leavers).
• Physically fit with good stamina to handle manufacturing operations and long standing hours.
• Willing and able to work a rotating shift system (6 days work, 1 day off) with hours from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Highly disciplined, punctual, possessing a strong attendance record, and willing to take on overtime (OT) when necessary.
