Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical installation activities on site
• Ensure all M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, and relevant building codes and standards
• Monitor work progress and maintain detailed daily records of activities, materials, and labour
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols to protect all site personnel
• Manage and coordinate with M&E subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Inspect work quality and identify defects or non-conformances, ensuring prompt rectification
• Maintain effective communication with the site management team, project managers, and other departments
• Prepare reports on project progress, safety incidents, and resource utilisation
• Train and mentor site workers on proper procedures and safety requirements
• Manage material and equipment inventory for M&E works

Requirement

• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in electrical & mechanical supervision on Construction projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Able to prepare M&E reports, monitor site M&E works and liaise with relevant authorities
• Required qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
