Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site meeting minutes, and project records.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and resource allocation.
• Verify subcontractor and supplier claims, work progress, and completed works.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and project administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, site supervision, tender preparation, or contract administration.
• Experience in sports facility construction, civil engineering, infrastructure works, or related construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee site operations.
• Experience in preparing tenders, obtaining quotations, cost estimation, and project costing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, project coordination, and quality control.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites as required.

Education

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant construction industry experience are encouraged to apply regardless of academic qualifications.

Pay: RM2,907.41 - RM4,500.00 per month
