SLF HOME SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer / Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, you will be responsible for designing and detailing innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the needs of our discerning clients.

Job Description and Requirements
Interior Designer / Technical Designer

What you'll be doing

• Familiarity with customized furniture manufacturing processes and materials
• Review order details, speciϐications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Able to liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
• Developing creative design concepts and detailed plans for residential, commercial and retail interior spaces
• Selecting and specifying appropriate materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures
• Preparing detailed technical drawings, sketches and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets
• Providing exceptional client service throughout the design and implementation process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer / Detailer, preferably in a design studio or interior furnishings company
• Strong technical design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent problem-solving, creativity and attention to detail
• Passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and the design team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations and industry standards
