Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Secretary to which will be reporting directly to the Director of the company. This individual will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of general administrative and secretarial support.
- Assisting in collecting report from individual company on timely basis.
- Manage travel arrangements handling private & confidential matters.
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, person in charge from various internal and external organization to ensures the vision/instructions of the executive directors of the company is delivered and executed efficiently.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plan, assisting with preparation and dissemination of communication.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist the Director in decision making
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increase efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Handle all ad-hoc matters and tasks as may be assigned from time as when required.
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in personal assistance, licensed financing, Koperasi, and have experience in setting up the organisation.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin speaking is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Versatile abilities and high level of dedication to efficient productivity.
- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytical mindset.
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
