Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer monthly payroll for foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement in compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of foreign workers’ employment details, attendance, and leave for payroll purposes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll input data.
• Monitor and manage the renewal of foreign workers' work permits, passports, FOMEMA, and other statutory documents to ensure legal compliance.
• Perform other HR duties and tasks as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in excel.
• Willing and ready to grasp the challenge in managing foreign workers’ welfare.
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude towards challenges and take initiatives to deliver task timely.
• Meticulous, organized, committed team player and able to interact with all levels of staff.
• Applicants must be willing to be based in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
