Human Resources Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR compliance.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local labour laws and corporate standards across multiple countries.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design, review, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration in accordance with local regulations.
HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Establish, review, and enhance HR policies, systems, and processes across regional operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
- Balance headquarters requirements with local employment practices and cultural considerations.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and succession planning needs.
- Lead recruitment initiatives for key positions and develop sustainable talent pipelines.
- Expand and manage recruitment channels to support business growth.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks and best practices.
- Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and employee development.
Employee Relations
- Manage employment contracts, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, employee communications, and labour dispute resolution.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performance workplace culture.
Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and implement learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Support leadership development and talent growth programs.
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present HR reports, including workforce analytics, turnover trends, compensation data, and performance metrics.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and ensure timely implementation of compliance updates.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Min 5 years of working experience
- Able to speak in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders from Mainland China
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
