Responsibilities

• Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad
• Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware
• Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)
• Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company
• Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)

Requirements

• Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area
• Experience is welcome,
• Knowledge in the field of : Microsoft Active Directory, Network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPV, OSI model, WLAN, RADIUS) and maintenance of Windows systems is appreciated
• Ability to use English
• Ready to undertake long-term cooperation
• Ready to perform tasks independently, interpersonal and professional development
• Having the ability to organize work, initiative and commitment

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
