Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts to achieve annual sales budgets, promote new products, and utilize CRM tools to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Demand Creation & Travel: Spend approximately 80% of the time traveling to meet prospective and existing customers. Organize effective travel routes and conduct promotional sales talks with technical team support.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly sales and product forecasts to assist with inventory control. Submit weekly/monthly market reports to update management on competitive environments and ground-level feedback.
  • Financial Accountability: Monitor accounts receivable to manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), collect overdue payments, and manage individual monthly traveling expense budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Assist superiors and the sales strategy team in conducting market surveys on products or industry-related items.

Job Specifications

  • Education: SPM qualification or above.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related industry.
  • Key Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, effective route planning, and basic sales forecasting.
  • Core Competencies: Customer-focused, trusted, highly motivated, proactive (shows initiative), and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
