Job Description:

• Creating new ready meals, menu ideas and food products according to cost provided/ suggest the idea of improving product margin (specification & costing).
• Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels.
• Regional R&D and production support – contract manufacturing in Malaysia and overseas markets.
• Staying ahead of consumer taste trends.
• Organize and manage internal and customer projects, assign to related department for execution process and monitor whole procedure in event to produce wanted product.
• Involve in product discussion acquired by customer and provide technical / scientific assistant.
• Perform product presentation with technical / scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision maker.
• Coordinate and conduct internal workshop with fellow colleagues in other department for team work effort.
• Fully support Head ISO22000, HACCP and Halal compliance teams.
• Collaborate with the Production and QA/QC team to establish and maintain quality standards for all products.
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Involve in every event, exhibition or anything related to marketing activities that the company participates in.
• To create, implement, maintain and revise all documents related to food safety programme including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Perform other duties related to production/kitchen/R&D as directed from time to time.
• Perform other scope of work as directed by superiors.

Requirement:

• Minimum certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Food Tech/ Science/ Nutritionist/ Culinary
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
