Responsibilities
· General Administration — Taking ownership of day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.
· Documentation & Filing — Preparing, maintaining, and organising reports, documentation, and filing systems to ensure information is always accurate and accessible.
· Finance Support — Assisting with invoice processing, purchase orders, and data entry to support accurate and timely financial administration.
· Scheduling & Coordination — Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating internal communications to keep teams aligned and organised.
· HR & Finance Administration — Providing flexible support to HR and finance functions as needed, broadening your exposure across key business areas.
· Stakeholder Liaison — Engaging with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to maintain positive relationships and ensure smooth operational coordination.
· Record Keeping — Maintaining thorough and accurate records of company documents in line with organisational standards and requirements.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
