Support tax planning initiatives and tax audits.

Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements..

Job Descriptions:

• Financial Reporting, Consolidation & Bursa Malaysia Report
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Management accounts, Consolidated financial statements
• Quarterly financial reports, Annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Perform financial analysis and variance report.
• Assist in the preparation of Quarterly announcements, Annual reports, and Corporate governance disclosured.

2.Budgeting and Forecasting

• Prepare periodic forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Monitor business performance against the budget or forecast.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Support strategic planning through financial modelling and analysis.

3. Treasury and Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions.
• Manage banking and financing arrangements
• Optimise working capital
• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
• Support dividend payment planning and execution

4.Taxaton and Statutory Compliance, Audit Management

• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
• Manage corporate income tax, SST, withholding tax, and other tax matters.
• Support tax planning initiatives and tax audits.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements..
• Liaise with external auditors and internal auditors.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

5.Risk Management and Governance

• Identify and monitor financial and operational risks.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) iniaves.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks.
• Monitor related-party transacations and financial controls.
• Stakeholder Management

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, MIA membership, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience with group consolidation, listed company reporting and Bursa requirements. RM10K – 15K

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
