Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
2. Manage petty cash and cash flow records.
3. Prepare payment vouchers and process payments.
4. Perform bank reconciliation.
5. Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
6. Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
7. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
8. Support month-end closing and other accounting tasks.
9. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background:Diploma or above.
2. Major of accounting, Finance,or related one.
3. Mandarin, both written and spoken.
4. Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role.
5. Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
6. Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
