JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and update employee records & personnel files (digital + physical).
- Enter and update data in HR systems (e.g., attendance, leave, personal details).
- Scan and file HR documents.
- Support internal engagement activities (team events, wellness programs, staff communications).
- Help organize employee surveys or feedback mechanisms.
- Assist with tracking probation, appraisals, performance review cycles.
- Prepare reports, trackers.
- Help coordinate internal training / learning sessions.
- Manage logistics (booking venue, sending invites).
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects (e.g., policy updates, process improvements).
- Help with policy documentation (drafting or updating HR policies).
- Support in compliance tasks (e.g., maintaining HR metrics, reporting headcount).
- Assist in preparing HR-related monthly or quarterly reports.
- Provide administrative assistance (e.g., preparing documents, handling email communications).
- Assist with cross-departmental tasks that involve HR
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team
- Able to commit to the internship for at least [3 / 6 months]
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
