We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at AEGIS Security Force (M) Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic and target-driven environment

Job Responsibilities

· Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process.

· Assist with data collection activities, including sending out surveys and feedback forms to assess client's overall satisfaction and task quality.

· Maintain open lines of communication with customers during the sales phase.

· Strong initiative to close sales via online chatting.

· Document and label customers based on potential; provide special treatment for high-potential clients.

· Initiate sales opportunities by upselling credit packages or new promotions.

· Record the sales progress and customer requests in internal notes.

· Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and sales goals.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

Job Requirement

· Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred

· Proactive and able to work independently

· Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

· Assertive and proactive with service quality mind set.

· Confident in dealing with external and internal parties.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
