Test and implement software updates, new system functionality, report development, and queries.
Support local application development and support across the product supply and commercial processes
Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors; create training documents and facilitate training sessions for end users
Design and create relevant reports and provide technical assistance to end users for reporting
Provide system training to end users and other relevant staff
Estimates the implementation cost (including change request) based on the agreed requirements
Participate in change management activities.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on design, analysis, and providing solutions for ERP systems
Experience in modern ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc) or upgrades working with external ERP vendors
Experience in the Manufacturing industry with strong business process acumen and knowledge
Experience in supporting businesses and operations in a Manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail
Must be able to multitask and project manage many tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work with different levels of people from cross-functional teams to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines of the company
Require some level of travelling within the APAC region
