IT Business Analyst

Job Scope:

• Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and day-to-day System support
• Provide end-user support, testing, and training
• Consult and work with relevant Users and Subject Matter Experts / SME (both internal and external) ERP-related requirements and provide solutions

Job Description:

• Collecting and documenting business requirements based on the requirements provided by Users
• Modelling business requirements and translating them to application and operational requirements
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for business and operation teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related application issues, determine appropriate actions, discuss actions
• with stakeholders, implement, review, and test approved activities for desired outcomes
• Test and implement software updates, new system functionality, report development, and queries.
• Support local application development and support across the product supply and commercial processes
• Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors; create training documents and facilitate training sessions for end users
• Design and create relevant reports and provide technical assistance to end users for reporting
• Provide system training to end users and other relevant staff
• Estimates the implementation cost (including change request) based on the agreed requirements
• Participate in change management activities.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on design, analysis, and providing solutions for ERP systems
• Experience in modern ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc) or upgrades working with external ERP vendors
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry with strong business process acumen and knowledge
• Experience in supporting businesses and operations in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask and project manage many tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work with different levels of people from cross-functional teams to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines of the company
• Require some level of travelling within the APAC region

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
