RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New machinery survey, design, modification & phase in.
• New jig design & phase in.
• Machinery parameter optimization.
• Troubleshoot and repair on equipment.
• Monitor overall maintenance activities.
• Supervise on PM program and strengthen machine maintenance capability.
• Ensure scope of work is conducted in a manner that complies with regulatory and environmental health and safety legislation.
• Monitor and follow-up the new equipment after installation or after machines up grading.
• To manage the spare part usage
• Machine setup, upgrade, trouble shooting analysis
• PM schedule arrangement and machine stability analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Speak and written professionally in Mandarin is added advantage.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Auto cad
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Support overtime work in Weekend.
