Job description:

• Manage the entire Operations of the Company.
• Ensure the performance efficiency of the team.
• Handle Clients in terms of Operational issues, Functions, and Reports.
• Ensure Client stocks are received and orders processed within SLA.
• Solve operational issues.
• Monitor the performance of team members.
• Improve efficiency of storage and processes.
• Sourcing of packaging materials.
• Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, etc.
• Accomplishes warehouse operations, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
• Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports (KPI tracking, productivity metrics, etc.).
