Job Requirements

• Minimum SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3, Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in factory maintenance, facilities management, manufacturing operations, or a related environment. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance (PM) planning and facility inspections.
• Basic understanding of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) practices and workplace safety regulations.
• Able to coordinate and monitor external contractors and service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) for reporting and documentation.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence is an added advantage.

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of OSHA, Fire Safety requirements, and environmental compliance.
• Experience dealing with government authorities such as BOMBA, DOSH, KKM, DOE, Local Authorities (PBT), and the Labour Department.
• Experience in machinery certification (PMA/PMT), permit renewals, and audit preparation.
• Certified First Aider, Fire Warden, or holder of relevant safety certificates is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will be an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
