We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Halal Executive to manage our Halal Assurance System and support continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage Halal Assurance System (HAS) implementation and documentation
- Prepare and maintain Halal files, records, procedures & reports
- Coordinate Halal audit preparation, renewal & compliance activities
- Liaise with Halal authorities, suppliers and internal departments
- Review raw materials, ingredients and supplier Halal certificates
- Conduct internal Halal inspections and monitor corrective actions
- Ensure production processes comply with Halal requirements
- Provide Halal awareness training to employees
- Support QA activities including GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC requirements

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Halal Management, Food Science, Food Technology or related field
Minimum 2–5 years experience in Halal compliance (Food Manufacturing preferred)
Familiar with:

• JAKIM Halal Certification requirements
• MS1500:2019 Halal Food Standards
• Halal Assurance System (HAS)

Knowledge in GMP / HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 is an advantage
Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
