Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in business development and market outreach activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up on project progress with internal teams and clients.
• Assist in managing customer experience initiatives and maintain positive client relationships.
• Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support business growth strategies.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
