We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team! As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers by investigating and resolving equipment or service-related issues.
- Understand customer needs and concerns, and take prompt corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise and manage the repair and service team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct training and coaching for technicians, including onboarding and developing new team members.
- Be willing to travel and attend outstation assignments when required.
- Monitor technicians' performance, productivity, and attendance, and conduct meetings or counseling sessions when necessary.
- Monitor service contract expiry dates and meet customers to discuss and secure contract renewals.
- Ensure service reports and quotations are prepared and submitted promptly to avoid customer complaints and delays.
- Coordinate and deploy technicians for emergency breakdowns and urgent service requests.
- Monitor and manage weekend breakdown support activities to ensure timely customer response.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with customers and liaise with the Store Department to ensure timely ordering and availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment in compliance with company safety standards.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
