Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the design, development, and evaluation of products and processes. The successful candidate will support research and development activities, maintain technical documentation, conduct product testing and measurements, and ensure proper control of R&D equipment and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and control toolset and parts drawings.
• Conduct product measurements, compile testing data, and generate reports.
• Perform equipment calibration and troubleshooting as required.
• Update, maintain, and control testing standards and related documentation.
• Manage and maintain the R&D room, ensuring proper organization and housekeeping.
• Support product development, testing, and evaluation activities.
• Ensure all records and documents are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience in using drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with testing and measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
