Responsibilities
Purpose of Role
To supervise technical support personnel, coordinate service delivery activities, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise support personnel.
- Review incident trends and root causes.
- Coordinate escalations and technical resources.
- Ensure SLA compliance.
- Support the Project Manager in operational reporting.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Technical leadership.
- Service management.
- Incident and problem management.
- Team coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
