Job Description
- Provide daily transportation for the General Manager to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other official duties. (primarily within Malaysia, with occasional trips to Singapore.)
- Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness (interior and exterior) and ensure it is in good working condition at all times.
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle's oil, battery, brakes, tires, and other systems to ensure safety.
- Manage vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and road tax in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logbook of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance needs.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities at the company apartment, including coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Assist with admin duties such as filing, photocopying, document delivery, and errands.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid (non-expired) Malaysia passport and Malaysia driving license.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
