Responsibilities
We are seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation.
Location : Johor Bahru Iskandar puteri
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: Until Project CPC + 30 days
Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm
Reporting to: Project Manager and related personnel
Job Description, roles and responsibilities:
1) Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
2) Update and control procedure documents and forms
3) Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems
4) Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing
5) Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence
6) Ensure revised documents are accessible
7) Conform to company enforced specifications and document control procedures
8) Train document control clerks and delegate and oversee their tasks
9) Oversee document through its entire lifecycle (inception to archival)
10) Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
11) Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient
12) Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)
13) Log document requests and help retrieve documents as needed for employees
14) Make available, notify and distribute documents to relevant recipients
15) Confirm delivery of documents to proper personnel
16) Liaise with Headquaters with documents in inquiry.
17) Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
