Job Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily production schedules based on customer orders received and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate production planning across all production departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of manpower and machinery.
• Monitor and ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the planned schedule.
• Supervise and lead production workers during daily operations to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and according to instructions.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take immediate action if any quality issues arise.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation, and food handling practices are maintained in the production area at all times.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure sufficient raw materials are available and finished goods are prepared according to delivery schedules.
• Monitor the usage of raw materials and packaging materials, and report shortages or discrepancies to the relevant department.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are used properly and report any malfunction or maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports, including production output, manpower utilization, and any operational issues.
• Ensure all production staff follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or operational problems promptly to avoid disruption to the production schedule.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and training to production workers to improve productivity and maintain work standards.
• Assist management in improving production processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years working experience in food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in frozen food production is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Able to plan and manage production schedules effectively.
• Firm, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with production workflow and factory operations.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
