Job Objectives:
To ensure line running with no interruption in term of process/fixture related issue.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on day to day operations issue related to equipment, jigs and fixture at the production
• To generate documentations related to engineering.
• To perform and maintain equipment, jigs and fixtures so they operate safely and efficiently to produce quality products
• To perform mechanical trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
• To manage, track and follow up inventory for spare part listing
• To follow and initiate action given by superior and department lead
• To maintain 5s and housekeeping at workstation at all time.
• To comply to safety at work requirement at all time
• To collect time study for assembly process.
• Assist NPI team for New Product Introduction (NPI)

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other duties may be added from time to time.

Requirements:

Education: - Require a minimum of certificate holder or diploma in any engineering fields or relevant experience in the engineering manufacturing field for minimum 5 years.

Experience: - Understanding of mechanical designs and mass production. - Process troubleshooting/Mechanical fixture trouble shooting - Understanding of bill of materials (BOMs). - Work with engineering principles and techniques.

Skills: - Excel in Microsoft Office - Able to converse and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia - Basic machining skill - Basic electrical skill

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
