Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and administrative documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
