Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Digital Developer who enjoys building creative digital experiences and solving technical challenges.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining digital advertising creatives, dynamic content solutions, and landing pages using modern front-end technologies. You will work closely with a collaborative creative-tech team and gain exposure to Google’s advertising technology ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity for developers with 1 to 2 years of front-end experience who want to grow into a specialized digital developer role.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain digital ad creatives using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
• Build and update standard and rich media advertising creatives
• Support the development and maintenance of landing pages, webpages, and internal platforms
• Implement updates and revisions based on campaign requirements and client feedback

Data Feed & Dynamic Creative Support

• Develop and manage data feeds using XML, Google Sheets, and JSON
• Support implementation of dynamic and personalized advertising creatives
• Ensure product information and messaging are accurately displayed within ad creatives
• Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot feed or configuration issues

Testing & Documentation

• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device testing
• Configure and maintain Studio profiles for dynamic creative optimization campaigns
• Prepare technical documentation, data diagrams, and feed specifications
• Support creative asset handling and optimization processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in front-end development
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Core JavaScript
• Familiar with XML, JSON, APIs, Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Asset handling and optimization
• Mandarin and English proficiency required; Cantonese is an advantage.

Bonus Skills

• Greensock (GSAP) animation programming
• Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate
• Google Apps Script
• Exposure to Google Studio, CM360, DV360
