We are hiring a BIM Professional with 2–5 years of experience in BIM Modeling and Coordination to support architectural and structural projects in Singapore.

Candidates currently based in Singapore are encouraged to apply.

Candidates residing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, who are comfortable commuting daily to Singapore are also welcome to apply.

Candidates holding a valid S Pass or Employment Pass with SEC(K) – Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Support architectural and structural design teams with project drawings and documentation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to identify and resolve design clashes.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and project discussions.

Generate quantity take-offs and extract drawings from BIM models.

Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards and quality requirements.

Update models and drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
