•  Design, build, and maintain standardized Windows 11 images for enterprise environments using imaging and deployment tools.
• Develop and enhance PowerShell scripts to automate image creation, application packaging, driver integration, and deployment processes.
• Manage OS customization, patching, security baselines, and software configurations to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support image testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities, collaborating with infrastructure, endpoint management, and support teams to ensure stable and efficient workstation provisioning.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide BAU support for imaging-related issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
