Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin / Document Controller role based in Shah Alam. The Admin / Document Controller will organize, maintain, and update physical and digital documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and secure storage. The role includes preparing, formatting, and distributing reports, correspondence, and technical documents in alignment with internal standards. The individual will support daily office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing records, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include tracking document approvals, monitoring deadlines, assisting with compliance and audit requirements, and providing general administrative support to project and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Strong document control skills, including document registration, version control, filing systems, and archiving practices.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems or shared drives.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data and document handling.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear documentation and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to follow structured procedures, support compliance with company policies, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in an administrative, clerical, or document control role, preferably in aerospace, engineering, or technology-related industries.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, records management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn technical terminology, and capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
