About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Investor Relation to join the AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd' team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued investors, ensuring they receive timely and transparent updates on the company's performance and growth strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and coordinate timely and accurate investor communication materials, including Annual Reports, quarterly updates, presentations and other relevant disclosures.
- Support planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting, including preparation of presentation materials, shareholder communication, Q&A scripts and logistics coordination.
- Assist in drafting responses to enquiries from analysts and media.
- Develop IR material, including FAQ, corporate presentations, fact sheet and briefing documents to support roadshows and investor meetings.
- Maintain an updated database of analysts, investors and key stakeholders, and foster strong relationships with the investment community.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of investor-related content on the Company’s website, including presentation materials, stock information and disclosures.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, interviews and briefings with investors, analysts and media representatives as part of the Group’s on-going external communications and Investor Relations programme.
- Monitor shareholder composition, investor trends and market developments to identify opportunities for enhanced investor engagement.
- Monitor market sentiment and analyst reports to provide management with insights on investor perception and opportunities to enhance shareholder value and communication strategies.
- Conduct peer analysis on competitors to provide market insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Corporate Planning and business units, to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor-related communications.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelors’ degree in Communication, Finance, Business and any/or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant working experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research Corporate Planning, Finance, and/or related fields.
- Experience in a listed company, financial institution or investment-related environment would be an advantage.
