Job Title: Technical Recruiter (IT / Technical Hiring)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Technical Recruitment / IT Hiring

Language Requirement: Mandarin speaking required


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience handling IT or technical recruitment and be comfortable sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technology-related roles.


The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.


Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technical positions

-Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

-Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

-Understand technical job requirements and hiring expectations

-Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings

-Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience

-Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates

-Maintain recruitment records in ATS or internal systems


Requirements

-Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring

-Experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineer, System Engineer, DevOps, QA, Business Analyst, IT Support, etc.

-Good understanding of technical terminologies and IT skillsets

-Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

-Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or ATS systems is an advantage

-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields


Preferred Qualifications

-Experience working in agency recruitment

-Exposure to regional hiring is a plus
