We are looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our project team. The role involves supervising M&E works on site, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and progress requirements are met.

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site.
• Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel on M&E matters.
• Identify and resolve site issues, drawing discrepancies, and coordination conflicts.
• Ensure works are completed on schedule and in compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and daily work briefings.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E site supervision experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read and understand construction and M&E drawings.
• Familiar with local construction practices and safety requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
