Responsibilities
Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts
Job Scope:
* Handle customer enquiries via calls, live chat & email
* Resolve customer issues within SLA
* Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately
* Work in a KPI-driven customer service environment
Requirements:
* 0-2 years experience in Customer Service / BPO / Contact Center
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable working rotational shifts
* Able to speak/read/type in Traditional Mandarin
*Temporary WFH arrangement might be available at the beginning as office location is yet to be finalized
*This is a FTC (12 Months Direct Contract) role, and the employee payroll will be managed by the company directly.
