Short Summary This Role :
To support the MY Integrated Marketing team in e-commerce campaign execution, including promotional tools, traffic tools, performance tracking, and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution Support:
- Organize and prepare campaign materials
- Ensure all creative assets and app resources are in place for seamless campaign execution
- Assist in maintaining strong record management and resource configuration
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders during campaign kick-offs
- Provide real-time updates
- Help prepare post-campaign analysis reports
Campaign Content Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team
- Ensure consistency in messaging across in-app and out-of-app channels.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Own market research and analysis tasks
- Gather insights on local shopping trend
- Identify key selling points and exclusive deals to improve future campaign performance based on past data
Post-Mortem Reporting:
- Support the preparation of post-mortem reports
- Organize data and help document key insights and learnings for future campaign improvements
Job Requirements:
- At least have minimum 1-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or similar positions at top digital companies. Experience in influencer marketing and livestream production is a plus.
- Project Management: Outstanding project management skills, especially problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and progress tracking.
- Strong proficiency in computer-based applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
