The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for a Business Operation Analyst who is focused on using data, analytics, and AI to improve operational performance, customer support effectiveness, and business decision-making at scale. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data storytelling to drive measurable business impact. 

The Talent

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, operations support, or a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPI measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with tools such as Python/R, Tableau, Hive, and Presto.
• Strong data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convert complex analytical findings into business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, support operations, or service-oriented environments.
• Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets and big data technologies.
• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through analytics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
