Responsibilities

·       Prepare and develop detailed engineering, architectural, and interior drawings for residential projects

·       Produce accurate shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and timelines

·       Coordinate and liaise with consultants and project stakeholders for drawing verification and amendments

·       Support the Project Manager in design development and drafting activities

·       Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery

Requirements

·      Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or related discipline will be an advantage

·      Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting)

·      Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction drawings and submissions

·      Experience in preparation of shop drawings and authority submission drawings

·      Familiar with local construction practices and submission requirements
