We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. The role involves handling warehouse activities, operating a forklift, checking shipments, and ensuring goods are stored and delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Operations

• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including forklift handling.

• Assist in planning, processing, and distributing goods to vehicles for timely delivery.

• Perform outbound checking for shipments and pallets.

• Support picking, repacking, labelling, packing, and market return activities.

• Liaise with delivery personnel on goods-related issues and returned stocks.

• Facilitate labelling, packing, and recycling of returned goods.

• Maintain warehouse security and comply with workplace safety procedures.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal warehouse procedures.

Inventory Operations

• Manage and maintain stock inventory in the conventional warehouse.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual stock takes.

• Ensure products are stored safely, properly, and efficiently.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/HOD.

Requirements

• Secondary school education.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

• Possess a valid forklift license.

• Proficient in basic computer applications.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Responsible, careful, and a good team player.

• 5.25 day work week (Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday)
