Hiring: Admin Executive (Funeral Services)
Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
Salary: S$1,800 - S$2,200
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Sundays off
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate expense claims
- Handle paperwork, document preparation, filing, and electronic submissions
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Assist with ad hoc and urgent tasks when required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learner with strong organisational and time management skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Candidates with prior administrative experience in the funeral, healthcare, or service industry will have an added advantage.
