Position Title: Service Supervisor
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5.30PM
Salary Package: Basic
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field service technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
Plan and coordinate service visits, job assignments, and dispatch schedules.
Monitor service performance, including response time, resolution rate, and service quality.
Provide technical support on installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Handle complex technical issues and client escalations.
Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct site visits when required.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper service documentation, including reports, SOPs, DHR, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and industry regulations.
Identify training needs and support team development.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance.
Experience supervising technicians or service teams is preferred.
