Job Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare mise en place and execute recipes according to company standards.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and portion control.
Monitor production and minimise food wastage.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with stock management and replenishment requests.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support team members as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
No min cert required
Experience with kitchen equipment
Understand basic food hygiene practices and health and safety
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Be punctual and well disciplined
5 Day work week (44 hours per week)
Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents need apply
