Salary: Up to $3,500, depending on relevant experience.
Locations: Fixed locations – Serangoon, Orchard, SingPost, VivoCity
Working Hours: 10AM - 8PM
Job Description:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers, ensuring a positive first impression
Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized scheduling system
Proactively reach out to existing customers to arrange appointments
Operate and manage POS system, ensuring accurate billing and transactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales
Assist in handling customer feedback or complaints with professionalism and effective solutions
Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and presentable always
Prepare and update daily sales reports and basic administrative records
Support outlet operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, booking systems, POS)
Prior receptionist/customer service experience preferred (beauty/aesthetic industry is a plus)
