Finance Manager

Job Summary

Oversee the company’s financial health by preparing accurate reports, directing investment activities, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts to support business objectives
• Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain company liquidity and optimize cash flow management
• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to senior management to guide investment decisions, cost-reduction strategies, and business planning
• Evaluate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to mitigate potential impacts
• Maintain internal control processes, manage audits, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory adherence
• Supervise accounting staff and oversee daily finance department operations to ensure efficient workflow and team performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Proven experience as a finance manager, accountant, or in a senior financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-finance stakeholders
